The EGM is supplied as a kit which contains the EGM display, wire harness, sun-cover and operators manual.
The EGM acts as an analog to NMEA 2000 and J1939 to NMEA 2000 digital gateway to allow engine data to be displayed on the EGM itself and retransmitted to other NMEA 2000 devices. The EGM features a 3.5” color display with integrated input and output features. The user can scroll through different menu options using 5 soft-function tactile and audible push keys. The EGM is IP 66 (front) and IP 67 (back) waterproof with built-in day and night modes to enhance the viewing experience under all weather conditions.
The EGM offers 7 analog inputs, 1 digital input, 2 relay outputs, 1 RS232, (2) CAN 2.0B connections and 1 USB 2.0 port.
The EGM works with three types of engines:
- Engines that broadcast NMEA 2000 data
- Engines that broadcast J1939 data
- Analog engines fitted with conventional resistive senders
Veethree Warranty Statement (“Veethree”): Veethree warrants its products to be free from defects for a period of ONE year from the date of original retail purchase.
Veethree’s sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of product which is, in Veethree’s opinion, defective. Veethree is not responsible for charges connected with the removal of such product or reinstallation of replacement or repaired parts.
We will have no obligations under this warranty for any product which:
* has been improperly installed
* has failed or has been damaged due to an accident or abnormal
operation including racing, misuse, or alterations outside our factory
* has been repaired or modified by entities other than Veethree
* has been used with other product(s) which, in Veethree’s opinion, are
incompatible with the Veethree product
IN NO EVENT WILL VEETHREE BE LAIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
